Today's Podcast is all about taking chances, putting yourself out there, and using fitness as a conduit for change.  We often sit back and let life happen to us.  Or we have disempowering stories that hold us back from being our best self.

 

Today, we share some of our favorite client stories that show how fitness has empowered women to take on new passions in their lives.  Some of them came to us with a big goal- looking to build strength so she could do home projects or travel alone- and others who came to kettlebells and then used that new-found strength to launch new business ideas.
